  1. Oh my! MOST impressive!!! And you even had energy enough to blog about it afterwards. Amazing! Now I'm off to look at a couple of those recipes - thanks!

  2. Wow!! That's great!! I also cooked a pork roast yesterday for BBQ pork later this week on a big baseball day!! good for you! I bet it feels great!!!!!

  3. OK, it's me again!! I just checked out the 'Sleepin in omlet' and she was cracking me up!! anyway, i wanted to see how it was?? was it way yummy?? can't wait to hear how it turned out . . . please share with us!!

  4. Hi, Amy! Pioneer Woman is one of my favorite reads. She is hilarious! Her recipes are good, too, as are her photography tips.

The Sleepin' In Omlette was yummy! But my kids didn't like it at all. I made them eat it anyway, but I won't be making it again any time soon. I sort of expected them to not like it, so it was okay. They've never really enjoyed the whole breakfast casserole genre.

    Thanks for asking! =)
